The is the first time I've used Webroot for antivirus. Easy to use, but not a lot of difference to me than other similar products.

I recently made an error in judgment and did not renew the internet security and my computer got a virus and corrupted all my files! Best Buy assisted me with renewing Webroot Secure and now I feel very confident that Webroot will notify me every time there is a possible virus.

the product installed but was not able to uninstall the McAfee the was pre installed . had to return to Best Buy to help reset the machine and it has not worked well since then

I have always used this product with no complaints. I can only remember once that I got a virus in the past 5 years and it got fixed quickly by the Geek Squad. I never know that it is there as it absolutely does not interfere with any program or other software.

I do not know why Best Buy pimps this software, other than they must have one heck of a sales kick back. I do this stuff for a living. There is a lot of software out there that does SOOOO much more than webroot and they will not hit you up for $70 every 12 months. Really, I uninstall this and toss it in the trash as soon as I get home (and replace it with my preferred software - which - since I get no sales commission, I will not mention).

Easy to install and runs unnoticed in the background except quick status report when you startup. Have had no security issues in 2 yrs.

The Webroot antivirus software that came with my Asus laptop is simple to navigate and does a great job keeping me away from sites that could pose a threat to my computer.

I have to trust those who are in the know. This was installed as part of the "package" I purchased. Mr. Geek Squad highly recommended it and told me it is a great & powerful form of protection for my new laptop. Time will tell, but all seems to work perfect so far.

Intallation and use of this product is a breeze, It actually picked up on a few security issues previous softwared had missed. Scans are fast and software does not slow the pc or laptop.

This security system came free with out asus laptop purchase... What a deal! Installed in a flash and runs without notice. Handy in that it is valid for up to three devices, so wet installed it on our Mac as well. Beat buy sells the renewal for only about $40 I think. We will renew.

I haven't really used my computer much since gotten it back. It is a relieve knowing that I have security on the computer. Your identity is protected, and you get software warning you about infected Web sites before you visit them and protection without interruptions or slowdowns.

I'm a bit new to Webroot but so far the interface is pretty simple and from the advice I got between this compared to Trend Micro was that this was a little less bulky if I remember the term correctly. I think it was in reference to the amount of resources it uses.

Everything seems to be working fine. Less virus pop ups and I feel safer getting on the internet. One thing that is slightly bothersome, windows 10, chrome keeps sending me messages that the system is off. Checked by your tech agents and they cannot understand why.

I have had all three Norton, McAfee, and now Webroot. So far this has been the most protection that I have had on a computer. It really seems to be watching everything and letting me know if something is not right. I would highly recommend this to everyone business or personal use.

This was recommended by a store employee and it's been a great product. I would recommend it to anyone who uses their computer for casual use like school, entertainment.

I purchased this product to protect a new computer from online threats. One of the selling features was that it was usable for up to three machines. I tried loading it on an older Mac and got an error message saying the OS was not current enough. When I took the computer to the Geek Squad to see if they could load it, I was told they could not but that my Mac was not susceptible to many viruses and that I should be okay. It left me wondering, why did I buy it in the first place since all the computers I'm trying to protect are Macs?

So far so good we've only had this security installed for a couple of weeks and no problems so far. The only thing is I wish it were already included with our laptop.

I'm not happy with the product because I bought it for a Christmas present with laptop. I did not know that it is activated as soon as it is purchased, so I lost a month of service

Seems to work good for me. Had problems running with Nuance Dragon Voice Assistant but other than that I'm very satisfied with it (note, I'm not as good of a techie as I used to be).

Webroot SecureAnywhere Internet Security is so much better than McAfee and Norton and works on a level far above what those two consumer products can do for prevention and security.
