Because Best Buy and the Geek Squad is convenient for me, and because I trust those techies and they recommended WebRoot, that is the main reason I purchased that software.

I called the Geek Squad as I was installing it just to have them explain the difference between this product & an anti virus. They were very helpful with my questions.

I actually purchased this for my stepdaughter's laptop. She has had ongoing issues, and this product in combination with due care are providing a good level of protection.

I received this security bonus for purchasing a laptop. I installed it and it worked great. Sometimes you browse the web not knowing if there are any spyware or trojans out there and this program warned me when I visited a site that had them. Great program.

This is a good price tag for a quality internet security install. I have had no problems in a year and this is very good software and doesn't slow down your computer.

Switched from other famous Virus Software I have used for over 15yrs Webroot is MUCH faster, and uses much less system resources, also downloaded so fast wasn't sure it had worked. was ranked number two by a national virus software tester, much higher than my other virus software.

Computer has multiple viruses. Took it in and was told all were gone. This secruity software was recommended. Had my computer back for about a week and the same virus is back!

I purchased Webroot at the suggestion of my sales associate. It was easy to install and offers status updates that are easy to understand.

we went into the store in Scottsdale with some issues. the salesman addressed the issues and we left the computer for them to resolve the problems. there has not been a problem since.

When my Kaspersky anti-virus software expired, I changed to Webroot. So far so good. I like the interface better and no issues so far.

I have not been infected, but how can you really tell that this software is better than others. It was recommended to me by Best Buy associate. So, I guess it works fine?

This item came with the computer with purchase. It's good for only a 6 month free trial. Seems to work okay. My son used to work for the Geek Squad computer repair as a manager and he said "It's a really good addition for the computer, and it works great"

I has only been a month or so but no viruses to speak of since we have been using webroot. I have added it to two computers and it seems to be doing what it is intended.
