Very pleased with the recent Webroot security package purchase. Like the management of passwords feature. Cleans up issues in the background, no interruption to us. Very effective at blocking threats to our computer.

Had many problems w pc and Best Buy sorted them all out and installed Webroot and so far the pc is fast and has rejected lots of Malware,virus type things. Plzd so far.

Purchased this with new desktop. Previously had a different company that was always updating. This one is so far in the background you wonder if it is working.

I bought this software as a result of a Geek Squad recommendation. It does everything described and seems to have more functionality than what I was using at the time

Great malware program, takes up little resources on my machine, has caught a few items since install, stays out of the way and doesn't prompt excessively like Norton (which was included on the PC, but I removed it).

Runs in the background, it hasn't interrupted me or prompted me to restart or finish scans as it does the work itself. Haven't even noticed that its installed on my computer, which must mean its doing it job. Was also recommended by many Best Buy employees.

I got this free when i purchased my laptop and figure i would give it a try. It has done great and protects my laptop from everything that the internet could put out.

webroot was recommended and seems to work very good for our personal use, best buy installed so I am not sure how easy it is to install.haven't had any issues with pop ups or virus.

This was recommended by the sales person and they knew what they were talking about. If I understand it right it works on the web before the virus gets to your computer, which I really like. We had issue with our prior security program but this one does not have those issues.

Mac is great for not getting viruses, this program basically provides just a reassurance. I would only get this for my grandparents because SOMEHOW they will find a way to get a virus even on the Mac platform. Its really really hard to get a virus on a macbook regardless. After the free period is up its not really worth paying to have it. There are much better anti virus programs out there, but if you are a macbook user, I wouldn't worry about having extra junk like this running on the laptop. Its all sales pitches, not needed.

I got this for free with my laptop. I downloaded it right away and ever since, I haven't had a single problem. I will say my favorite thing about this antivirus is that there's not a lot of pop ups! That's something I HATED about other anitvirus software. I can't stand that!!!

We are unable to load this on our IPAD and even brought it in for the Geek Squad to try and they could not figure out what the problem was. Therefore, our IPAD is unprotected.

I seem to already have a virus..Have to go and get it checked out. My computer is going slow and doing crazy stuff. I downloaded this virus protection time I got my computer

The software came free with my Mac for six months. I love the overall feel and performance of the software. I just wish I would have been given a 1 year subscription.

I use Avast Free Antivirus for my computer, which means I never used this product. But it does have some good stuff. Worth a buy if you don't want something that's free I guess.

This product allows faster more reliable security than Norton & uses much less resource. I recommend this for new purchases as it is more user friendly than comparable products.

I love how I can sign onto my computer w/o having my security asking for permission to perform it's job. It runs in the background so I never see it. Webroot is better at explaining why I should not enter a particular site or follow a link. Where others fail, Webroot excels.

I haven't had this product long. It has saved me from going into places that it considers a risk. Some I trust but the others I know nothing about, I take the advice of Webroot.

I found this product very easy to install and very simple to operate. The scan process is fast and I like it better then other products I've purchased in the past.

I had literally 5 paragraphs explaining my reasons for being unsatisfied with this product. I will make it short and sweet. I have been building and repairing computers since the early 1980's. I know my way around software and hardware. Simply put, I found this product to be a hindrance on my system, slowed my web browsing and failed to do its job. I went back to Microsoft Security Essentials and it found the issues Webroot failed to find, it was free so I gave it a shot, sorry just nothing good to say about it.
