I got this for free with a putchase of a laptop and it was good its easy to install some what for difficulty and its good gor three laptops or pcs so i like it free for one year.

Seems to be doing the job, but like any security tool, it's impossible to know what you don't know. I haven't had any problems in the couple months I've had it.

This came free with my purchase of my laptop and it is very helpful as it notifies me of google searches that are safe or unsafe as soon as it is googled. Not to mention that it is lightning quick and really protects my computer from searching online.

I have been using it for a month or so and looks great, didn't feel like slowing the Laptop and haven't had any security issues either, so it looks great for me...

I recently renewed my Geek Squad subscription, but passed on renewing Webroot. When I called Geek Squad to renew, they tried to hard sell me on Webroot again. I told them I have access to put Norton's on for free because they will cover 10 items in a household. I had to listen to a ton of BS about how Webroot is higher in customer preference and works so much better. I had to stop him and inform him that I literally the week before had to spend half a day having a virus/malware fixed. Last year, under Webroot's protection, I had a virus that was too hard to fix on the phone with remote access, so I had to take it in to the Geek Squad counter at Best Buy and ship it out for 3 days. So it doesn't seem to be worth renewing based on my experience. So far I have found Norton's too have way less pop up telling me it is scanning. Which is nice.

This is my third year for using this product that the Geek Squad recommended. A few viruses get through but I am still pleased with the protection I have received.

This security can be used on computers and phones. I ran Norton on my laptop and then ran Webroot to compare. Norton said my laptop was fine, but Webroot found issues beyond Norton's scan. Keeps my laptop safe and schedules scans as well as optimizes my laptop on demand

Got this with my laptop purchase. I haven't installed it and they seem to know it; I keep getting emails telling me to install the product. Quite annoying actually.

I got it for free and decided to give it a try. I was going to use Norton but after reading other reviews and then not wanting to shell out $49.99 to continue to use Norton I gave Webroot a try. Since then it has worked better than expected and I will continue to use it.

I would recommend this product to anyone who is looking to protect their computer and everything on their computer. Best Buy Geek Squad did a great job cleaning my computer from all virus and taking off un-needed virus protectors. Web Root solved many of my issues!

Purchased this program to go with the Apple laptop and the install process was so easy. This was recommended from the sales associate and I am glad I went with this product. Protection for any computer is important and having easy accessibility is key to peace of mind.

This was the anti-virus software installed on my Mabook Pro when purchased instead of the Kaspersky program I had ordered. I can only assume it is working to block viruses.

a member of the geek squad recommended Webroot as the best internet security product that runs in the background without a lot of pop ups, so far that is true.

It is easy to install and the program checks for cookies and updates automatically. I don't have to be reminded to update. I also like that the program checks for viruses and wipes them out. I can check to see what the viruses were. Overall an excellent security program.

I am usually pleased, but I made my recent purchase because when I installed the last one I had purchased, it was defective when I installed It and would not work. Even though I did not have my receipt, it was on my rewards card, but they would not replace it because it was over two weeks. I always keep a spare on hand so I can immediately replace it when empty. This is really a big loss when they won't replace a defective toner. I always have it longer than 2 weeks so I have a spare.

It is a great antivirus software program for Windows, works very well. However, I gave it a poor rating because it does not work at all for Mac, even though it is advertised for it. When I tried to install it, it said it had to download a newer version. I did, and it said it failed, wasting one of the slots for the code. I proceeded to try again, and I got the same result. Overall, if using it for a Windows PC, I highly recommend this product, but cannot recommend it at all for Mac users.

Was installed with purchase of ASUS laptop and purchase of Geek Squad protection. Seems to work well without any system resource strain and is not intrusive. Might be one of the best little programs that is flying under the radar of the "big boys"!

I like this product because I'm not the most tech savvy person. With this item I feel my computer is safe. The best part is that once installed, I don't have to do anything. It protects my computer, runs regular scans, checks for updates, and alerts me to any problems.
