What do you mean 1 year for web root. When I had this done at Best Buy by the Geek Squad this was never mentioned. If what I ststed above is correct would I recommend - NO!

I have used Webroot to protect my computers for the past 5 years and would not use any other one, I know when I take my computer to hotels or any other public domain it is safe. Best product ever and one subscription is all you need for 3 device,

I feel this program is a very nice program for the price. It has caught everything trying to come through and stopped several viruses. It was exactly what I was looking for.

Recommend by the geek squd. This far no issues or attack to my system. I recommend it it the dangerous world internet.

My computer has been hacked several time. since using Webroot there have been no problems on my computer. I feel confident that all of my on line visits are safe and I can travel the internet freely.

This product is great for maintaining a secure home computer. Scans are very fast and thorough. I trust this product to keep my computer clean from dangerous and junk files.

This product came with my laptop purchase. It was a 6 month installation. I went in the middle. I can't say it does or does not work. I didn't use it. With products like Avast, which is a free 12 year subscription, it seemed silly for me to steer away from that for just 6 months. I will tell you this comes in a plastic case as a CD. However, it also provides you an online link for direct download of the product. So, if you are someone without a CD drive. no worries!

I am not a computer guru and I have had issues if the past Roth viruses. This software is not invasive and seems to be working on the times. I'm satisfied.

This came with our Mac and so far we've been happy with it. The native install for the Mac OS didn't go smooth, but after two tries at downloading it finally went through.

when opening this product the code to install was behind the best by sticker. when I took of the sticker it ruined the code. therefore I could not use the product.

The speakers worked out great in our motor home. The sound was good. The fit in space my husband loves them. Plays music enjoys listening to his favorite songs

Geek Squad charged a large fee and did not get this installed on my new I Pad. At least AAT did not charge. It is available for three products but will only load on one.

Best Buy gave me this virus protection disc with my Macbook.Don't think it's needed,Apple has never been hacked but why not be safe than sorry later on.So I will use it.

I am enjoying the perks of having the geek squad on call anytime my computer goes down and Im now fixing other computers i that were going in the trash now thanks to the repairs all the computers are running smooth again thank you geek squad.

I got this with my laptop from Bestbuy. Was skeptical about this initially but so far it has been good. Detected threats timely and isn't a huge load on the system performance. Not a whole lot of features, but it does what it says it does!

Had a serious problem with my new laptop. Took it into the Geeks at Best Buy. Part of the repair job was to install this software. Don't know a lot about it, but have only had one or two small problems since the install that the Geek squad fixed remotely...Yay!!

Webroot is perfect to have on any computer or machine these days. With all the hacks and viruses out in the digital wood, its best to be prepared for anything. One small step will lead you to a painful experience if a virus totals your set up.

I use this product to protect a Microsoft surface pro 2. It has caught spyware on my tablet and was able to eliminate it. Seems to be a good product for use on tablets.

I purchased this virus protection with my laptop and downloaded it and scanned for viruses. The next day my computer had multiple malware viruses and other viruses.

They handle my cissue in a timely ma ner. I just think they need to update there phone services. Trying to return a call was impossible because phones werenever answered.
