I have never used word root before and so far it is awesome. Many virus protection products slow down your computer. This one has been installed for about a month and I can barely tell that it is there. As long as this continues,I will continue to buy this brand.

The pop-ups and redirects are ridiculous! Customer service took HOURS to resolve this to begin with and it just showed up again!

Webroot, MUCH better than Norton or the worthless MacAfee Only problem is it won't load onto my Windows 10. Tried it on THREE different laptops and had to call the geek squad everytime. It's a problem to install but once it's in all is good

I had viruses on my computer when I took it to Best Buy. They recommended installing WebRoot as the internet security for my computer. I am very satisfied.

This product came free with laptop. I am normally a Symantec user, so my vote is still out on how this product compares. It seems to be robust and has a good history log.

It takes up very few resources and runs transparently. It remains to be seen as to how good it is at detecting and removing viruses, but it was worth a try for the price.

This anti virus came with the laptop. I'm still getting used to how it works & how often it scans. Doesn't seem to slow anything down though! So far so good with Webroot!

Seems to be Ok but not great. Keeps prompting me to buy more coverage at more money than already paid. Should include those products in original package.

I have used several other internet security programs throughout the years. Most recently Norton which I liked. I was offered Webroot as part of the purchase and decided to try it. So far it has been great and I will most likely renew it when the year is up.

good value easy to use I looked at others and for the price this was the best value. My Best Buy salesman recommended it to me.

I've used other security software and none were as good as webroot. Enough said. I only wish that the price stayed the same or didn't go up as high every year. That make me always on the lookout to try other security software. but I keep coming back to webroot.

I'm gonna be honest, I don't know anything about computer protection or anything like that. I assume it's doing it's job since my computer is running great and as far as I know this hasn't been sending private information to third parties, so there's that.

I've used other antivirus programs in the past, and they took over my computer and acted exactly like a virus themselves. Web root was like a breath of fresh air, it works in the background and protects my computer better than anything I've used in the past.

So far it seems to be doing that job although I've only been using it for a short time it seems to be very effective the sales staff was very helpful in setting it up

I purchased it because the Geek Squad recommended this as being superior to the current computer protection I had on my laptop unit prior to bringing it in for repairs.

I had problems with Norton letting malware through and Macaffey is worse, so I tried Webroot on the recommendation of a cyber savvy friend. I am totally satisfied with Webroot and would recommend it to anyone who values their computer system.

This is by far THE BEST anti virus software I have ever used in my life. Because Webroot works in the cloud, it doesn't slow your computer down & hog up unnecessary space like Norton & McAfee do. I will NEVER go back to the other kind again!

This item has not been set up yet because it goes with the computer that was purchased for our church and they haven't signed up for internet service yet.

It was given to me with my new laptop. However, my laptop came with another anti-virus software pre-installed. It was no use to me, so I don't know how it preforms.

I bought this due to the GeekSquad recommendation. The program seems to be working fine. It is hard to tell since I have had intermittent service from Cox.
