my computer became infected with several problems and had to be cleaned. as the in store geek squad did the actual work and I have had no burps or other problems in the operation of my desktop I am quite satisfied with the product and the service rendered

I use this antivirus from years, and I have never had any problem. It's amazing, work in background, and don't is heavy in my laptop. The cpu never overwork for leave it run, if check it, is at the last voices of runner programs. Love it!

Purchased a laptop and received this anti-virus software and so far it runs great and have not had any issues.......so the software is doing it's job!

Haven't had this very long but it seems to do what it is supposed to do. No viruses, no pop up ads, and it scans CPU quicker than other products I've used

I am a computer novice , I had to purchase in a moment of panic due to a computer virus or scam. So far it is working well, I am happy with my purchase.

So far this has been great. It came free with a new computer and I have had no issues with it slowing me down since I installed it. I did use the computer on safe sites for about a week first to see if I would notice a difference or not.

Received this free when I purchased a laptop from Best Buy. It does what it says it will do. It's works much like any other Internet security software.

I got a subscription for Webroot when I bought my Surface Book. It works fantastically on all other computers, but when it is on the Surface Book, it fights with the Surface Pen and crashes the computer. There was a community patch offered on Webroot's website that fixed the problem for awhile, but with windows updates, it stopped working. I recommend Webroot and the Surface Book, but they do not work together (as of September 2016) without some serious effort.

I use this Anti-virus software on my macbook and so far it has served me well! It automatically scans my computer consistently and it doesn't give me any problems.

and over to do so in email. But, hey, I'd rather get a few annoying emails about bloatware than actually have it on the machine when I buy it.

Webroot does everything it promises to and more. Ioaded it on my wife's laptop, and it isolated and destroyed at least a dozen viruses, malware and Spyware. It has kept those things out of it too. It was a big problem before; no longer.

I don't have internet in my home but this is still a good security program as I do take it to Wi-Fi hotspots to download different kinds of music and games. Alerts me at all possible threats and is not a nuisance to have on my computer

There is nothing great about this product from other competitors, I don't think I am in love with any feature and I see no reason why it should stay with me.

I went into the store looking for protection that could be added to a computer for school work and activities for the kids and after loading the software, I feel confident the protection will be there while the kids are using the PC.

I recieved this program for free while purchin my new computer. I enjoy the comfort of knowing I have extra protection. Installing it was really quick and simple.

This is a good kit for the price, has a nice microfiber cloth and the cleaner isn't bad either. Not bad to dedicate to A single computer or a Single TV.

I installed on computer has no problem so far. Can't tell u if product is worth installing or not it was free!

I converted from Norton to Webroot Internet Security over a year ago. Since that time I have enjoyed real-time protection from security threats. Automatic sweeps have kept my computers free from threats. The product seems to be working as anticipated.

Good for 3 devices. The program works fine but the duration of the subscription is short and the start date is when you buy it, not when you load it.

I didn't read the reviews before buying Webroot for 3 computers, I just saw that the Geek Squad uses it and so I wanted it as our virus defense. Of course I did ask their opinion of it first. I have found it to be quite adequate so far.
