I was sold this anti virus software that I did not need! It actually gave my computer a virus! I know this because I had just put in a new memory board and the only thing on the computer was this software and I took it in to get all my stuff restored on it and it already had a virus within 24 hours. I was not allowed to return it since the code was used although an employee put the software on my computer with uninformed permission by me. I don't recommend this software at all!

I purchased this security software when I acquired my new laptop. After installing, I have not had any issues arise. I like it working in the background.

This is a new product to me. But I have noticed that the Geek Squad used it when trying to fix my old computer and also used it when fixing my laptop. I like that it runs in the background with no interference. It was highly recommended by the Geek Squad.

DO NOT USE THIS! Worst antivirus ever!! As soon as I put this on my pc I could no longer get to my important sites that I had been getting too previously with no issues. This antivirus blocks you from doing anything or going anyway. You have to disable it to go to your sites you need so what is the point in having it if you have to do that all the time. My opinion it is a worthless piece of junk! Save yourself some time and money and don't put this on your computer EVER!!

Came free with purchase of laptop. Seems able to do the job. No special bells or whistles though to make it more outstanding than any other protection.

I'm sure it's a great anti-virus but it isn't needed for Mac users. Okay value for Windows but windows defender that's built in will be a better option for most.

Quite pleased with this software so far TY as the hackers get smarter, the anti-hack software must also get wiser, ya'all see the relevance here and that's wonderful. Kinda a good conquers evil. Keep up the good work! I like your innovation and intellect.

I originally just got this as a deal that was online. But now I'm glad I got it. It's not like most Internet security that has annoying pop ups I hardly remember it's installed most of the time

Webroot Security Software is the typical software protection. I found it a bit difficult to install, but I'm not that familiar with the new Windows 8/8.1 system.

received free from best buy, its a great trial software, you don't need anything fancier than this. most internet security software is about the same.

Easy to set up, however the computer is still getting infected. Nice that you get it free for a short time with purchase.

So far, the Webroot security seems to be working great. It scans on a frequent schedule and when it finds threats it fixes them for me. It was free with my laptop purchase, so that was nice. No complaints so far, but I have not had my laptop very long.

The Internet safety provided by Best Buy is okay! It works well because it was free so I will not complain.

When I try to download and install from the email instructions, it installs the free version from Google play. The Best Buy keeps sending me emails telling me that I need to install it. I have webroot on my other 5 computers and like it but can't figure out how to install this. We bought two laptops and we're to get webroot with each one but Best Buy would only give us one and we had to go back to the store for that as they did not give them to us at the time of purchase.

Not intrusive live McAffee or Norton. Works quietly in the background. Not using it yet but looking forward to the remembering my passwords feature.

I ry to be careful of the sites I visit, but its good to know that Web Root is watching out for me as well. The fact that it comes with my Geek Squad protection makes them both a great value. Wouldn't want to risk being without either.

This is the trial software that came with the computer. I have had no issues with it thus far. Seems adequate.

This antivirus is great! Very user friendly and I can work with another antivirus that may already be on a commuter. You can use the product for up to 3 computers. I highly recommend it to anyone wanting to keep their computer safe and running fast.

Webroot came free with my purchase and didn't install and use as I still have my Virus Protection still active.

People at the store were very nice but I can't access the things they said they transferred from the old hard drive. New setup very difficult and confusing to use.
