Seems to be working well as an anti virus program. Had a little difficulty installing but the geek squad was very helpful and got it up and running.

Installed Webroot on my new laptop and also my smartphone (came with 3 licenses) and so far it works well. Scans quickly and is not a resource hog.

This is great anti virus program! It does a wonderful job at protecting my computer so it don't get viruses!

Great addition to the purchase of a new computer. It came with our computer purchase and I was able to use it on another computer I already owned.

Software came gratis with my laptop purchase. Very fast install and system scans. Also has very low resident memory use and has not caused any performance issues.

This product is a must once a year to protect your hardware from the vast viruses out there..

I had Geek Squad set up my system with in-home installation, so I've really not experienced what kind of a job it's doing as far as keeping my system secure. I just trust that the Best Buy clerk would lead me in the right direction of what to purchase.

WEB ROOT IS THE BEST IN THE INDUSTRY WHEN IT COMES TO INTERNET SECURITY. I'V BEEN USING IT FOR ABOUT 5 YEARS. IT DOES NOT SLOW DOWN YOUR PC BECAUSE IT,S A CLOUD BASED SOFTWARE AND WILL LET YOU KNOW WHEN SOMETHING IS BAD FOR YOUR PC.

Came with my purchase of a Surface i7 512, and I thought it was bloatware. But to my surprise it was effective, easy to set up and use, and reasonably priced.

This is very effective if used properly. Plus I love the fact that it came free with my computer Purchase. I am pleased with that protection level.

Runs in the background, forget it's even there. Used to having a lot more interaction with my old security program (Norton) but so far no bugs that I'm aware of

This was so simple to install! The scans run daily, and are done very quickly. Does not slow down my computer while it runs its scan. Web root was highly recommended to me several times by my GEEK SQUAD guys- I don't regret buying it.

We have used several different products over the years. This one by far has been the best. It does not slow down your computer and gives more info on sites that might be compromised. Offers an easy renewal also.

Not sure really what to say to take up 50 characters but so far I haven't had any computer security issues.

I was given this for free...by BB but dont have a cd rom in my laptop...but im sure its an amazing program

This product was recommended by the sales associate as being the in house security software. No complaints. Simply installed it and let it do its thing. I haven't had a virus or an alert. I check it periodically and everything is working properly.

Strong product! It kept my computer disease free for the whole time I was using it. It sucks that it's not a lifetime thing but they gotta make more $$ I guess.

Dont know for sure if it caused download issues with window office for home and download of office ten....microsoft tech reps were not clear on problens.

This product for the most part is good. I still have to take in the PC about every other month for a toon up and there is always some malware on it.
