I'm pleased with my choice of WebRoot1 It immediately lets me know if something I've installed has something suspicious in it's system that should be removed or at least investigated. It was a quick install and is easy to operate.

It does the job reliably. If you cruise the web a lot, you will get a lot of notices, but they all seem to be real. Read up on all settings as you set it up.

Great product, however it does allow some virus' through. They may be new virus' that the program is not set up for so I won't hold that against the product.

I travel with my computer and often others use it for their presentations. Multiple flash drives are plugged into my computer. I trust Webroot to protect my computer. I have Webroot on 4 computers and I have not been disappointed.

Definitely not sure about any security software. I seriously don't know if one is better than the next. Best Buy recommended it and I bought it.

My daughter uses her MacBook Pro for schoolwork and social media and does a lot of sharing. The Webroot does a great job protecting her computer.

I was introduced to Webroot when I downloaded a vicious virus while using Norton. The Geek Squad fixed my old computer and installed it. When I bought my new computer t was the first thing I installed. I really love the Password Manager feature.

This was nice to have to protect our new computer buy. It was difficult to log in and create an account for our Nokia windows phone (also purchased at Best Buy)

I had never used webroot before, but I got it free with my laptop purchase. I have been fairly pleased, although the interface is a little clunky.

I've been a Norton 360 user for a long time and when I bought my new laptop the Best Buy folks recommended Webroot instead. Now I'm so glad they did! I never have to wait on anything and it never slows me or my laptop down. Thanks again Best Buy!!!

When I purchased my new laptop earlier this month, the virus was included with my laptop purchase. I use my laptop on a daily basis and this virus protection program has been protecting my computer. I am very happy with this product.

I received this product free with hp all in one computer which I returned so I returned this product too but this is a nice product for computer.

I feel protected knowing my daughter likes to watch so many you tube videos and downloading new things to play her mine craft game. This was a recommendation from the sales associate. I will use it also for another devise I intend to buy soon.

Nice gesture…free, but this really didn't do it for me and I ended up uninstalling it out of lack of interest.

We root is BestBuy's go-to product - always sold or given with computer purchases. It's a decent product but overpriced in my personal opinion.

would not have purchased if did not need for the warranty. seems to slow the computer down considerably.

As I indicated earlier with my computer and monitor, I have not used this enough to find anything bad about it. As long as it keeps the viruses away, I will be happy. I always feel more confident with an anti virus software loaded on my computer.

This product was recommended by the Geek Squad at Best Buy. I have only had it for 2 months which is probably not enough time to fully evaluate it. However, it appears to be working very well considering my history with hackers.
