Best Buy rep rec the software for my sons lap top. Son has had no viruses or pop ups that clogged up the lap tap. Runs smooth without any issues.

I haven't even noticed the software, but it seems to be working great. I have had no virus issues and it came with one year free. So far so good.

It's a software to protect your CPU. Does what it says and easy to use. It's the kinds of product you want to secure your valuable information.

This is my first laptop . It is compact, and does what I need for it to do. The keypads are different than what I am used to so I have been miss spelling words

This antivirus software is great. It work in the background and is unobtrusive. Particularly valuable when it highlights questionable websites

Webroot does a good job of protection, and it isn't nearly as intrusive as some other products. Nice to have something that works and keeps a low profile.

I got this for free with the computer, it appears to do the job. I am not real knowledgeable about security discs.

I don't like having to have this, but it is needed. It doesn't seem to slow things down, so that is a plus. Hopefully it will do what it os supposed to do!

Geek Squad cleaned up my computer and installed Webroot. I still get a popup saying I need to update my windows 8, at a price. I don't trust this and will not download anything since I feel Geek Squad cleaned and already updated what I need.

This is my first experience using Web root secure. I have used a couple of other products previously and have only used this about a month but works well.

The only thing I don't like is it will ask the same "are you sure" type question repeatedly on my phone, even when I check the box to always do that action.

The Webroot was included with the laptop purchase we made for our daughter. We had this brand also when we bought a new home desktop pc. Never any problems with breakthrough viruses, etc. Great product. Much better than McAfee!

Glad the store rep recommended this product. First, it lasts 3 years before having to renew, and to boost, can cover up to 3 users. Second and most important, it does not slow down your computer as others (very famous ones) do.

Great for web surfers. Reminds you to run scans or set scan to run like clockwork. Both of my laptops have this software and I have no complaints.

This is a very good product. It appears to have stopped far more viruses/malware than the product it replaced (McAfee) and it doesn't slow my laptop down.

My aunt feels that other virus software take up too much space on her computer. So this was recommended by a best buy employee. She loves it.

Recently my computer was hacked into and I had to take it to Best Buy for the Geek Squad to clean It up. It's a relief to know that I have a product that will help make my computer safe and sound. It's worth the peace of mind.

we was offered this at half price when we bought our daughter a computer she hasn't had any security problems so far and for her that's great.

My previous security software had allowed numerous viruses and malware through - eventually blocking access to the Internet. The Geek Squad cleared the problems and installed Webroot Security. Now, nothing is getting through!

I purchased the computer for my wife. She uses it daily in multiple capacities for her current consultant work. She loves the touch screen and ability to use it as a pad or computer. The computer continues to meet and exceed all expectations.
