My daughter and I have been having problems with Webroot on both our computers. Security on the computers doesn't seem to work properly. Neither of us know much when it comes to computers. We're sharing our personal experience.

My house loan was sold to Pennymac, their website melted down my computer with malware. The Geek squad restored everything and it is running better than new.

Overall this is a good. It works well. the only issue I have is the system analyzer does not give you any information how to fix any issues with your system.

This product came free with my laptop purchase. I like is at least as much as norton products that I've used in the past. I trust it to protect my computer.

In full disclosure this CD came for free with my new laptop. I feel so much safer knowing this CD is watching out for my laptop so I will not need to be worried over viruses. It is a very highly rated company too (Webroot).

My family and I have been using this software for the past 6 years and it finds anything that will harm your computer before it gets a chance to enter into your system and mess it up. Its just a great product so why change if it works so good.

Webroot is one of the better anti-virus programs available. Good that Best Buy is not using Norton any longer. This picks up things that Norton would not.

I initially thought this kind of service was a scam and not worth the money. But now that we have had a chance to use it on our devices I noticed we haven't had any issues with the tracker websites that push dangerous pop ups to the computer.

I've not had any problems with security. In the past, I have always been disappointed with internet security software not fully protecting my computers.

great program ---when i make mistakes on downloads, it keeps me ourt of trouble and has a great scan option device for finding bugs and virus's on the pc

Put it on 3 units 2 ended in hard drive replacement with in a week from none recoverable errors the third had viruses on it within a month that could not be removed with out paying more money hard drive had to be zeroed out with all data lost to the scrub tried to get a refund and was told I could not this family has spent $1000s at best buy between a dishwasher a washer replacing 2 hard drives and anti virus software that does not work we are done with best buy

I am amazed at how well this software has performed. It performs a scan in under five minutes as well which is outstanding. Anti-Malware, Anti-Spyware, Firewall and Virus Scanner. Can use on computer tablets and phone. Reccomended to anyone

The Program is actually good for your Computer it was actually a bonus added to my purchase therefore covering my tablet I would recommend it to my friends.

No problems installing on my windows 8.1 computer. My windows 7 computer was totally screwed up by it. Had to reset to an earlier date to use it again

WebRoot has been very responsive to me and as assisted me a lot…recommend it highly…Although WebRoot is Internet Security, I still have another security program that fights viruses, etc.

The software came with the purchase of a laptop I bought and there have not been any issues since. I have even renewed it for another year.

Product is good so far with no viruses. HOWEVER, BEST BUY SOLD THIS TO ME KNOWING THAT I GET IT FREE WITH MY GEEK SQUAD SUBSCRIPTION. GEEK SQUAD SAID NOTHING TO ME WHEN I TURNED MY NEW COMPUTER IN TO GET IT READY TO USE.

I don't know how well it really works . .but the last one I had installed on my last laptop was easier to navigate . Wish I could answer betfer

This product performed well on my laptop. The few bugs that were found were quickly and easily removed. Has kept my laptop free of viruses.
