The specs says it runs in the background, but as a Norton 360 user, this is a very different idea for me. I'm still learning how to navigate this software.

Like that it was included for free, but I feel like other stuff that is free and widely available does just as good of a job. Won't be renewing.

I installed it and it slowed my computer to a crawl. Then I uninstalled it and everything went back to normal.

I was satisfied with the software however I was totally not happy with the fact that the subscription started before I ever received my computer.

This is a good idem to get at the store because it help you to keep your equipment without any problems.

Vitus protections works well when nothing happens. We had several virus attacks with Kaspersky which has an excellent reputation. Perhaps it is best to keep your anti-virus on the web where it cannot e hacked or compromised. Bill Bassett

When I was new to web surfing this product was a great defense. When I did manage to get a virus I was notified immediately. One click later the virus was gone. My computer was scanned with a quick review of what was removed. Very reassuring.

The professionals at Best Buy Cleaned 9 Malware, programs off my computer in a reasonable time. We are very happy with the product and so glad to have it in the U.S where we can understand what they are saying. Thanks for a great product!

Easy to install. Too bad it requires a monthly subscription fee but it worked well and did what it was suppose to

This slows down my speed tremendously. I personally did not care for this. I removed it and gave it to my daughter who has a windows based laptop.

I assume Webroot is as good as any other security software for my laptop. I was given 1 year free when I purchased my laptop. I have used the software for 2 months without any problems. No viruses or spyware have been able to get on my laptop.

This is the first time using webroot and overall i like it t does its job and keeps me safe online.

Actually I didn't used it because the one year subscription expire before I use it: he subscription start the day of purchase , not from the day you activate the software, be aware if you are planing to use it later on.

My computer was taken over by a third party Microsoft company and they totally disabled my 1 year old system. However, the Geek Squad installed this program and corrected all the spam and virsues. I am up and running again. Great program.

Great web security for a great price. I usually use popular antivirus software but this is just as good without the hassle of bogging down memory on my computer. Theres no long lag time when I browse websites. It is awesome.

Very easy to purchase, and very easy to load into my computer. Not a whole lot of problems since I've installed into my computer. Now I have a sense of security for me and my loved ones that people won't take advantage of us

I got this product free with a purchase of a Toshiba laptop and I would say I have liked it. It has been able to scan and remove the adobe flash virus that had gotten into the system and it doesn't slow down the system while its scanning.

I have never had a problem with this software providing me protection from outside problems entering my computer. The geek squad is able to use the web root to troubleshoot any potential problems that may exist on my PC.

Have not installed it yet but hopefully everything works out well. Not needed for mac so wished they would give some other item with purchase.

I haven't had any problems since this was installed at Best But. They had to completely reinstall everything on my computer, and installed Webroot, which has protected my computer since, with alerts on different websites!
