Webroot is a good av program. it doesn't seem to hog the resources compared to the other anti virus programs. I'm pretty happy with it.

The software was included free with the purchase of an HP PC. Great software, can up installed in up to 3 computers and it was free.

I really liked how easy it was to download the software. Seems to be working great on all my computers. I like the details when the scan is done.

Very pleased with the WebRoot. I was also pleased with the level of client service provided by Best Buy.

I had geek squad install this onto my laptop while they where adding a memory kit. 2 days after installation, it tried to tell me that I only had a trail and not a 1 year subscription. I complained back and forth with the security hotline, until finally they renewed it, only to have the same problem happen a month later! I gave up and installed Iobit Advanced System Care, which is honest about there prices and what there product includes.

I have had many security programs in the past and this is by far the best I have used. I tried it about 5 years ago and will stick with this one, I would highly recommend it to anyone looing for a security program.

Don't know how well it is working since my laptop has it but the laptop is messing up and the kids are complaining about it all the time.

Webroot has already detected a problem that was easily handled . I would consider myself a novice and had no issues with the application

This virus protection software is great. It catches all the little blips immediately. Also put it on my boyfriends old pc laptop and it cleaned up years of problems that had made his computer almost useless. It's like new again.

This anti-virus software is much improved over what we've used in the past. It quietly goes about it's business in the background. Received it for 1/2 price when purchased new computer, and happily installed it throughout the house!

Geek squad installed this after a virus implanted into my computer. I was not able to use it for anything. I gave it to Best Buy, they installed this product, and my computer is back to running at full speed again.

I have not opened the box yet, it was free when I upgraded my phone. I am sure i will have to start paying for it eventually if I do install it on my computer... Kind of like when you start dating someone new...

protects viruses from Internet use to that's a plus especially since my kids like to use the Internet a lot and click on random links

My free software (freeware) works better and this was just free for a year then have to purchase. I will stick with my freeware that works better.

I am a Norton fan, but I gave this product a try. It is an okay item, if you get it free with a purchase.

I'd rather spend my money on a more reputable anti-virus. The laptop I bought came with McaFee and just decided to go with that instead.

It's free Internet security but somehow they r aware that I'm not using it. I guess because they scanned it.

Didn't really need this since i found out i could download a virus protection for free online but wasn't much and came with the computer bundle.

When I tried to download this from the disk, my computer wouldn't let it download. I had to call the Geek Squad and they did it remotely for me.

This software program is easy to use and doesn't bog down the computer or take up a lot of memory. It runs flawlessly in the background and I like that I can do multiple computers and phones from one web dashboard.
