Had other antivirus installed but had this replaced when Best Buy repaired our computer. They installed it and we have not had any problems so far

This is a wonderful product for those of us who only know enough to get into trouble! Thus far, it seems to work as well or much better than McAfee, Malwarebytes, or Norton Utilities, and, it is SO much easier to understand!

No problems with this software but also not sure if it really does what it is supposed to do.

I purchase this soft ware because I have 2 laptops and 1 desk top. I wanted to make sure all pc`s was protected . The subscription was for a yr.

I got this as a free gift with my Kindle Fire purchase and only found out as the Webroot guy was there. I found out when I got home, my Geek Squad was going to run out so I got lucky I got this as a free gift as I needed it.

Came with the laptop I bought. It satisfied my needs for some virus protection until I could buy something else. Had no problems.

I have this setup on both my laptops its very user friendly . I liked the multiple device aspect and the price. I recommend it to all my friends!

the only problem was the code scratched off when I pulled of the sticker. it was a real pain to get a the number from a BB associate.

Scans my computer every other hour. No problems with it so far but I also got it for free with my Mac purchase so I'm not complaining

Was a Norton user for years, Best Buy no longer carries Norton products, the customer service rep said it's because Norton doesn't have a high enough block rate with stopping viruses/intrusions, I call shenanigans on that but I figured I'd give this a shot. It's faster to scan than Norton ever was but it does not seem to fully scan the computer even if you choose the option to. This also doesn't remove tracking cookies like Norton did when running its scan and if it prevents tracking cookies to begin with that's never communicated anywhere. I've noticed Firefox being unresponsive multiple times since installing this where I never had any problems before, my computer overall seems slower as well which goes against what other reviews had said, they mentioned this using less resources than other products and their systems running faster. My lesson, if you've been using a product for years and never had any problems with it then stick with that product until it gives you reason not to.

This was recommended by BB sales clerk and went with his suggestion...was with a "geak friend" and she agreed with him with his recommendations..

I was always a Kaspersky user and best buy convinced me to use Webroot. I haven't used it that much yet, but I have been really impressed so far.

Appears to work as well as Kaspersky without forcing me to disable it in order to download my business software updates which are huge and often.

This is one of the best antivirus best buy offers in my opinion. i had no problems with my pc. Webroot has my computers back and it cleans well and keeps my computer running well. ill be buy this product again.

I use a lot of internet site ,i had webroot security before with my previous laptops ,i highly recommend it is really does its job

SPEED MAKES BROWSING EASIER. LESS TROUBLE CONNECTING TO MY BILLS, BANKS AND OTHER ONLINE WEB SITES. THIS ALL IN ONE COMPUTER REQUIRES LESS SPACE. GONE IS THE TANGLE OF CORDS. I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THIS PRODUCT.

not being a techy type person, this particular purchase makes me feel more secure when my family& i use the internet. especially my children.

I have used McAfee and Norton and I love webroot way better. It is so much faster and easier to use. And the program doesn't take over your whole computer like norton or mcafee. Im going to use webroot from now on.

Great Software! I purchased the GeekSquad membership (1 year service) and the software came with the protection plan. It seems to be safeguarding my PC and I haven't encountered any viruses since. Great Buy! Worth the Money!

This is my 3rd year with webroot. I feel my computer is protected with Webroot. I am secure & not putting myself at risk with all that crazy malicious threats that are out there to hurt our computers. Webroot keeps them out.
