I highly recommend this product to everyone. It is very easy to download and it takes care of everything else. I don't have the problems I had when I used Norton anti virus, my Computors run much smoother with less viruses.

I received this software free with the purchase of my All-In-One computer. It was very easy to install and seems to be working well. I have been a Norton anti-virus person in the past so I'll see how this software compares.

It was a packaged deal, so it was a no-brainer! No need to make any additional purchase for internet security and peace of mind, works for me.

my laptop was very slow and not working before u got the software. Once I put the CD in, installed it and got it running it started working magic on my laptop. My laptop started working like new afterwards...

The security software is good, but seems that I have to load everytime I want to scan the computer instead of scanning on its own.

While installing updates and then software needed for work, as usual some malicious software tagged along. Webroot immediately identified it and completely removed it. Easiest and most effective antivirus software I have used.

It works great. It's protected my pc since day one. Also, Best Buy included this in a bundle. I was prepared to spend more for it. Thanks!

Webroot has been very effective for my security with my all-in-one computer. Reasonably priced and I feel confident with it installed. No problems.

I prefer Norton or AVG over Webroot. NEver had a real issue with it but for the yearly cost I want to use one that I know more and trust.

Cannot even begin to express the need for a good virus software. This one has performed well in the past and expected to do so in the future.

Nice security tool. I wish it had more features but I am sure you would have to pay more money. Good what it is.

This is the first time I have bought the protection from BestBuy. I think it is a great product. My wife has used it previously. She loved it and was very complimentary of the service that she was given by the geek squad.

Good anti virus software recommend by Geek Squad. This software was installed on my computer after service at Best Buy. Software is easy to use and so far looks like it has detected any hazards on my computer.

It's pretty hard to evaluate if it's good or not, but I can say it caught something on my wife's MacBook the other day, so that's a plus.

For a computer protection that came with my Surface Book, it is good in scaning and protecting my computer for a year for free.

It is very easy to scan and remove threats on your laptop. Only problem I had with it was installation. Too many thing started popping up.
