This is the first time I have used this product. It came with the laptop I recently purchased from Best Buy. So far its great!

This came with my laptop when I bought it. I put it on it and then realized I could add it to two more devices! I was able to protect my android smartphone and tablet as well. The interface works well also.

Could not get thru online or on the telephone. You should Not advertise it that way, unless you are going to honor that as a sales point.

This product was recommended & installed on our laptop, which we also purchased at Best Buy, by an extremely knowledgeable & helpful Geek Squad consultant. We look forward to it providing the safety & security that we need.

This software came with the purchase of my ultrabook. At first I was skeptical, but I installed and researched this software. To my surprise, it is one of the top rated anti virus programs and so far it is doing the job.

I have used the Webroot twice since I got it on my computer and my husband. It was nice to walk out without paying for the 2 hour service.

I decided not to use the product since I get free internet protection from ATT U-verse but didn't want to give the product a bad rating. I wish the product was free for one year instead of six months though.

After a few weeks, I am very happy with WebRoot. Other programs - kaspersky, Mcafee, etc - seem to get slower and slower over time as the database of viruses and spam grows. I have not seen this yet with WebRoot. Loads fast.

Much depends on the center, and my choice in Central OK is at Quail Springs. They took a very personal approach to dealing with my computer, and I have had absolutely no problems since they worked it over. Thanks folks!

Product is good, but an extra cost when I bought a laptop. Wish you could get this already installed or free with purchase.

It is very difficult to access a public WiFi system (Erie County Library. I have less trouble with Bitdefender on another computer.

Took my MacBook Pro to GeekSquad because it was freezing. After uninstalling my OS, they were unable to reinstall and I was forced to take it to Apple where the corrected the problem under an hour. WASTE OF MON EY. USELESS.

What could you say about antivirus? It does what it's supposed to. No hacks or problems with my PC since I installed this.

Have worked with a lot of antivirus/internet security programs and some can really slow down your computer's speed but this one seems less of a memory hog. It came free with my Surface and I like it so far.

never had heard of webroot security so the technician explained that best buy use for security so I tried so far no problem.

I have been able to get assistance twice from Geek Squad since I purchased this security system. It gives me an easy way to get assistance.

Recommended by Sales Associate. Have usually thought of security as a necessary evil for its impact on computer speed. This did not have nearly the impact on computer speed as other products have in the past.

I feel very safe on not ever making that mistake of trusting any other program to protect my laptop because of my little knowledge of use of a laptop causing it to go crazy because of something I did that I shouldn't have.

Seems to run fine. No problems with it so far. Hard to tell sometimes on security software though.

The value was excellent since it was bundled with the laptop purchase. As I did not like the industry favorite this was a great replacement
