I suppose its working, but one security setting crashed the time capsule and it needed to be reset. Seems to be a one time event so far.

Just installed and scanned computer. Seems to do alright. Was disappointed that there was no disk in box. Had to download from Internet.

It's seems to work so far, I like the idea for 3 devices. And that you can go delete a device and install on to another device

I have had no issues with the product as yet and I always use Best Buy as my major store to buy products for my home and office

In the month I have had web-root it has warned my two or three times of possible websites to avoid. It shows a window, each time I turn computer on, that it is active and what scans it is has recently run.

Helps me keep my computer clean and operating faster without a lot of work from me. Helps me lessen my worry about viruses and malware.

I heard from other people that this is the best protection for computers that is on the market right now. After having it, I agree. It does what it is supposed to do, at a very reasonable price. I am very happy with it.

My laptop was full of viruses and was cleaned by the Geek Squad and they did an excellent job!! They went over the entire process and sent me daily updates about the status and when to expect the return of the laptop.

It is a good internet security system but since I bought my chrome I no longer need it.

Installed by Geek Squad after new computer purchase, I've found Webroot to be a "silent" protector. Unlike one of its competitors, I'm not constantly hit with requests to update or ith unwanted noticed.

My computer was recently hacked and I took it the Geek Squad to fix. They not only fixed it, but sooner than they said and I was able to take it on vacation with me. I would recommend the Geek Squad anytime!

Web root as proven very effective and runs without creating a drain on the computer. I also have it on my Samsung tablet. It's easy to install and provides the latest scan results at the top of the page.

Great sound and love the wireless and noise cancelling capabilities. Also love that I scored that last pair of Gold Beats in the store!

I haven't had any issues with viruses or security since purchasing the laptop with the Webroot software so I'm happy so far.

I don't know much about spyware and anti viruses, but this one has definitely kept me safe for a couple of months. The scans are done within 2 minutes which makes me question its reliability but so far I have no complaints.

The pop-ups allow me to know when and where a problem may arise. It is well worth the time to use to protect entire system.

My computer went to GEEK hospital for a couple of days, but it still needed some tweaking to make it more user friendly. John sat with me and listened well as I described the various small glitches--and he fixed them.
