Some of the other products I have used in the past like McAfee and Norton, slow down my computer when searching the net. Webroot is the best product on the market and I will continue to use their services in the future.

I had a virus affecting video and audio playback as well as live streaming. The geek squad installed the software and thus far no problem

Works in the background so I have to assume it is doing what it is suppose to. I have not had any problems so I don't have any complaints.

Have tried various security products throughout the years. This one came highly recommended by the Geek Squad. It has something to do with security in the "cloud". It sounded good to me and it seems to be working great.

Webroot keeps my computer clean and private. Not like the other brand that I was using that allowed over 200 viruses. I am so glad that Best Buy geeks put this one on my computer . I will only use Webroot from now on.

In order not to damage the iPad, a protective case is necessary to avoid any damage to the tablet when bumped or accidentally dropped.

We have used them four times and they have solved our problems. Before webroot we had a service with Comcast but when I had a problem they said it was not covered and I needed a second package, we dropped all coverage.

Returned Webroot. After researching internet, felt Webroot was not required, and install could actually hamper computer performance.

Webroot SecureAnywhere Internet Security is good software for any one who perform lot of browsing. Getting it free is nice.

Soo far iam a bit uncertain with this product. Its really quick with its scans and iam bit concerned with that. no in depth scan offered

I love this antivirus program. It works off of your internet, not bogging down your system. It automatically updates and stops everything in it's track, prior to it having the chance to infect your system.

THis came with my computers purchase. I've never used it before and was a bit apprehensive. Well after giving it a try, I love it. It's installed on my computer, my wife's, my phone, her phone and my dell tablet now.

First of all, my new Surface RT cannot use a virus scanner, because only programs from Microsoft can be installed on it. I already have Norton 360 for my other computers. The salesman made it very confusing for me, but as I understand it, I had to buy the this product in order to get a discount on accident insurance. It was actually cheaper to buy the software with the accident insurance than to just buy the accident insurance alone.

This software was included with my purchase because I chos to get a Geek Squad warranty. So far have had no major problems.

im still skeptical about this service but so far it is working it works in the back ground with out slowing down my laptop.

I will be installing this on another computer as I had previous Kapersky and upon auto renewal had such problems, I uninstalled Kapersky.

Security software was needed for the new HP laptop that I purchased. So far no problems.

I've had frustrating situations with unwanted messages, phony pop-up "alerts" causing beeping "alarms" and even evidence of malware slowing down the performance of my laptop. This software actually works.
