This was recommended as the best protection to use. It seems to be doing it's job without interfering with my day to day work.

Webroot was a free product given because I purchased a laptop! This product has very good use, keeping my laptop safe. My wife also got a new laptop and she's used the product too and we have no complaints!

I appreciiate all the services BEST BUY provides. I do wish I could communicate with the local staff via e-a-mail or telephone, instead of having to go to the store each time a problem arises.

Nothing special. This virus protection is no better than any other. I believe Norton is much better. Norton alerts.

Works well. Do not slow down computer. Seem less security. My son plays a lot of internet games but computer never been bugged.

Works great. Does not take up a lot of memory and doesn't have the annoying scans like other software on start ups. Hope this security software catches all the problems that I might encounter.

Got this after my computer was hacked. Geek Squad suggested this since I use a computer, but am computer dumb.(Not their words) It has warned me not to go onto certain sites and scanning my computer is easy.

I have always purchased Norton products but my new laptop came with Webroot and so far it's working great. I like to feel secure so I'm hoping Webroot does the job for me. Takes up less space than Nortons.

Turns out I had no protection on my computer. For some reason, it was gone. Went to Geek Squad who verified my suspicion and I immediately purchased and installed Webroot. Got a 3 year plan at a Great price.

Not perfect, but who is? No real complaints. Catches and deals with majority of things that will destroy your computer

Upon the recommendation of the Geek Squad, I purchased the Webroot security instead of the one suggested with the laptop I had just purchased. So far I have been extremely happy with Webroot.

Good protection costs, so getting a starter protection is a great deal. Gives you a chance to look around to find what suits best.

To the best of our knowledge it has been working well for us. We haven’t had any computer problems
