I have used the webroot security system now for several years. It has provided the security and met my expectations for the money. The Geek Squad has also provided great customer service.

Dowloaded it a week ago and it seems like it scans my files frequently. Will know the quality with time, of course.

one of my computers picked up some kind of pop up demon I installed the software and it picked it right out.No more problem.

Got this free when I bought my laptop from Best Buy. I appreciate Best Buy trying to protect their customer's investment by providing 1 year free protection. In this day and age, you can never be too careful about internet security. Whatever you can do to secure your identity and your investment is definitely recommended.

This has been the best purchase ever. Buying a new computer that you are not familiar with along with the new Windows that can be a pain, they have really been helpful with even the dumbest questions I had.

got this item free for 6 months with my desktop purchase. installed easy and have it set for daily threats. must be doing its job because computer is working great and no threats have at least been detected

When we loaded it onto the computer, the computer got glitch. Then I disabled it and the computer worked fine again.

Cheaper to buy the 3 device one than a single and add to desktop as well as laptop.
