I feel like I got a good product for the money I spent. I used the online download and did not experience any problems. The initial scan showed several viruses and adware which needed to be removed.

I love my dell computer it is exactly what I wanted the salesman that sold it to me was very helpful and the geek squad that set it up was very nice. Sorry that is all I have to say

Web root ran quietly in the background and do far has seemed to prevent any viruses from infiltrating my computer. There were no annoying notifications about the work that it conducted.

I have used Webroot before and decided to purchase it again. When it runs a scan, my computer does not slow down, and when I have it on my computer I have no problems with viruses.

I got this from Best Buy when I had my computer in for repair. I guess it was a bonus from the Geek Squad.

this is the best anti-virus that I have had to date, it is an up grade to the most commonly used anti-viruses that is on the market, and over the years I have used a lot of different anti-viruses

It's good that it is free with laptop purchase. But have not used it yet.

Its an anti virus, a lot less invasive than the name brands which invade your computer and act like viruses themseves

So far nothing bad has happened to my computer. So the protection is really good. I highly recommend buying.

it is refreshing using webroot. it alerts you of problems anytime they occur and successfully solves them.

This was provided as part of extended warranty package. I would not renew this when expired. It's OK for now and "price".

This software was recommended by Geek Squad during a review of my son's laptop. Despite having another anti-virus subscription, the laptop had several viruses. It's running great now and virus clean.

It's a great internet security software. It works well on my laptop. It automatically pops up and warnings.

I don't need a lot of glitz and glam for for my security products I just need it to work and this works just fine. My laptop was never in danger while I have used this software.

This item protects fairly well and apart from that, it does not take much memory space or even ram to run.

Not sure if another protection software would work better.... Had an error message while online... on HP Best Buy ENVY laptop. Performed system restore which did not work and resulted in error message then HP techs had me do a system recovery which did not resolve the issue with wireless card. HP is sending a new wireless card under warranty. The issue occurred at thirty days after purchase.

A solid product but I can't honestly say it's incredibly better than any competing product out there. I'm happy with it.
