She has been targeted by scammers who put massive amounts of spyware on her computer. This program has helped her to identify unwanted downloads. It is so much better than Norton, which is what she was using. This program is wonderful. Thanks for recommending it.

I was already familiar with the product, which has a good reputation for antivirus protection. The UI is reasonably intuitive. I've used Norton and McAfee in the past as well as Panda Gold AV. Webroot is a good product and I recommend it.

My other computer had Norton on it and I was always having to call the company and get tech support, which of course was never covered and cost extra. It finally dawned on me that my laptop ran great--why don't I put Webroot on the other computer as well? I'm so glad I did! No more calling Norton!! Webroot just quietly does it's job protecting my computer. No headaches.
