Came home and loaded it on my computer and made my MacBook Pro crash! Then brought in my computer to GeekSquad and they told me i would need a whole new hard drive. what of a waste of a good mac

It didn't remove any of it. Scans took multiple hours. Overall I am not pleased, would not use it again, and would recommend anyone else pass on this and find a better product.

If Webroot detected threats and then ran a scan the threats would be removed. Scans should not take more than a few minutes though. We would advise reaching out to Geek Squad or our support team for assistance with the threats you are experiencing.
