Once he said I could secure my cell phone as well as my laptop I was hooked. When I got home I downloaded the software on my computer and it appeared to be working fine. I then found the apps on my iphone and installed. I followed all instructions listed and the iphone app would not recognize my username and password. I then realize that the webroot toolbar on my laptop didn't work either. There was no way I was even going to attempt to use the third "user" on my wife's android phone. I'm probably out some money but I've learned that Norton is the only security software that I will trust.
