    Had viruses years back. Had Norton. Geek Squad uses various products to remove viruses including WebRoot. So I switched.

    I am not qualified to judge the product at this time, however, I was NOT informed that it was only good for one year at the time of installation and all other safety features I had prior to Best Buy working on my computer can not be retrieved. For this, I am not happy at all!!

    Does not bog down machine memory. Most others will slow machine down. This runs silently in the background and truly protect the computer
