No thanks, I bought Norton for a one time fee of $29. Best buy price for Webroot is $49.99. Recommend Best buy reconsider selling this product.

I do not think that you have spoken to our support team. It sounds like you reached out to a third party support group that was trying to charge you an additional fee to use Webroot.
You can get the Antivirus version of Webroot for 1 year for 39.99.
It is also important to note that the license you purchased from Norton is likely not a "one-time fee", they offer subscription based software as most of the industry does.
