Have never been able to get it installed on tablet or phone. Did it myself on laptop, then contacted support (Geek Squad) who volunteered to do the installs remotely. Took them 2+ hours to (re)install on laptop. Then they told me they don't do tablet & phone, referred me to download w/instructions. I followed these to the letter -- many times -- but WR still tells me login in invalid. (I notice in other reviews that this is a recurring complaint about this software.) I've spent way too much time on this and plan to return this product. BTW, I am an experienced tech support person and have built computers & installed software for more than 20 years. This is an all-time poor experience and product!

Posted .I apologize for your negative experience with the mobile versions of Webroot. I have included a download link below for PC/Mac. For the mobile versions, you have to create an online account first and then download/log into the app using the same credentials.
