Not a fan

One of those impulse items was the Webroot softeare, and keeping it short 7mths down the road comes a nasty virus. This software provided me with zero protection whatsoever!

Not useable

In order to remove the sticker the number was destroyed. I contacted customer service and was ignored when they couldn't find an easy fix. Although I paid for this I couldn't use it and the company did nothing to help.
