    I bought a computer and they gave me this software. I have nothing good or bad to say about this software other than my son ( a computer major at THE Ohio State University) says it is malware. I use a Windows defender professional version for my antivirus protection.

      Malware is malicious software designed to cause harm to your machine. Webroot is not malware. It is an anti-malware programs that prevents these types of programs from harming your system.

    My samaumg A already came with a sercurity, adding this webroot has caused a coflict with the system, I had to uninstall to have my samsung to operate right again. Might work for other but not with me. It was pure junk. I just hope it didn't do any damage to my samsumg A
