I renew this software each year. I get it as part of my Best Buy Tech Support. We still get several viruses each year. Thankful for the plan I purchase so I can get the computer cleaned up at no extra fee. My next computer will be a Macbook.

Bought the geek squad protection and we root for my computer after I had a problem with my computer and was told it wasn't covered under warranty. Although I really didn't understanding day it wa not, at least e geek squad restored everything and got me back up. We root seems good, but we'll see.

My very artistic and creative son wanted to add this to his growing collection of technology and gadgets. He already put out pretty amazing stuff without it, now his options seem endless. Being able to use his hand basically as a super mouse, bypassing what he thought were the limits has given his work a new wow factor and unlocked every door and window in his imagination. Super powers are just plain cool, enough said.

After Kaspersky bricked my new computer upon install (TRUTH), I bought Webroot. I should have started with Webroot. It's easy to install, easy to use, effective, and it runs smoothly without bogging down your computer. I'll be sticking with Webroot for the foreseeable future.

No problems. Make sure to uninstall any previous antivirus and do an update after installing.

The Geek Squad installed this program for me, and I have had not security problems with it since.

Webroot has always been used in my household. I also use it at work. It stands up to the dangers of internet use and catches alot of the viruses that are out there. It is a good quality security option for anyone and all uses, work and home.

I didn't have time to let the geek squad install and it was very easy to do myself. very satisfied.
