Never felt the need to use it. They probably just have a deal with the software company to spread this like wildfire. Not interested.

Posted .If I may start by mentioning our WIN Cloud http://www.brightcloud.com/platform/webroot-intelligence-network.php as all the work is done on there and not your PC also WSA only uses 3 to 6MB of RAM and up to 6 MB's on the Hard Drive for the Client and this is the future, it's here now! How can the other conventional AV's keep up with almost 500,000 new Malware everyday and over 142 million Malware in 2014 alone? Furthermore, Webroot has free Support as long as you have a subscription. Where as most other AV's don't have this!

Found it was a little time consuming to get it to load, tho I am someone who is technology handicap. Have only had it installed for 6 weeks but no problems so far.

I don't have the time to sit for hours trying to figure this stuff out!

We apologize for the issues you have encountered. If you were unable to validate your keycode, that cannot be done over the phone. Are you sure that you were initially entering the correct keycode and not mistakenly typing something?
