    Kaspersky was horrible and we went to WebRoot. Plan to switch to WebRoot for the other computers.

    The security program was provided free upon purchase, so I loaded it when setting up the computer. It seems to do an OK job, but I would not spend money for it, as there are several good free programs available that will do just as well.

    The software is very user friendly and pretty much works on its own. If you are getting into more advanced usage and store all of your personal information on your laptop then I would recommend something else or be more aware of what you are doing.
