This software came free when i purchased a desktop cpu. I would rate it at very good for free

After purchasing my laptop, I started having trouble. Programs weren't working right, everything started to slow down, and funny windows were popping up. I took my computer to the Geek Squad. They said "Hey, what security software are you using?" Ugh, I'm not sure. Soon, they installed Webroot. My troubles were over! Now everything works, my little Dell is fast again and my worries are over. Get Webroot and stop worrying!

My second time purchasing this product. I have never had my computer attacked by or frozen while this was protecting my computer. I even made a mistake (all my fault!!) Installing the second purchase of Web root ,all day the geek squad fixed my mistake for free and installed and had webroot up and running in no time. Plus it covers up to 3 computers for a year. Definitely will purchase again when subscription runs out.

everytime i use an antivirus, its this one, it helps and i feel safe, that is enough for me

I like the fact that the product can be used in 3 devices. That is great. It seems to do the job, but as a person who does not know much about security needs for a computer, I really would not know. It does get rid of threats, but it seems that some viruses still get onto the computer.

I activated this product after the trial period on the already installed McAfee expired and I am not convinced it is the way to go. While it originally was quick and didn't drag down my computer while scanning, I now experience it freezing mid-action. I haven't been shown that it is a superior product to the other security software options available. Additionally, I opted to try the software for my smartphone and that was a nightmare, leading me to remove it the same day. I still have the service installed on my laptop since it is free for 3 years but am looking at going back to the McAfee, at least temporarily, to ensure I have actual protection that works.

So far I am pleased with the Webroot Virus protection I purchased for 2 of my home computers.

This is my first time using WebRoot, but it's holding up nicely on my computer. Good protection.

I have only had this security system for 1 month. It is doing the job just fine....no problems.
