    Geek Squad installed this software as part of their service package. It is actually incompatable with other malware and virus programs-we had already paid for MacAfee for our old computer and still had time left on that service agreement. However, we were unable to use MacAfee because of the compatibility issues with this software. It actually ruined shockwave plug-in and kept freezing up the computer. This is something that needs to be addressed. It took Geek Squad 3 hours of remote time to fix. I told them what the problem was. They were unaware of the compatibility issue until I brought it to their attention. Then they removed MacAfee to fix-so I lost some money because of it.
