I was glad to hear that, as it is what I use on my computers for both work and home. It also settles a long time disagreement between her and I about which was the best protection to use. Their recommendation should speak for itself. This also worked out well as this was/is a 3 license copy and mine other two were about to expire anyway.

The Geek Squad was able to remedy the situation and get everything running again. Then when I was up and running and ran into some functions that weren't working right, I just gave them a call and they walked me through them. Everything is working great again. Did a fine job and thanks for the follow up.

In so doing he got a virus that crashed his system... I realize that all programs cannot be perfect but I think it should have done better than this. Otherwise it has never been a bad product

Besides, why not have geeksquad configure and check your computer regularly just to keep your system healthy!1
