That means there's no way to add virus protection with this product unless you buy an adapter... Which is a bummer. But the virus protection itself is nice.

BECAUSE I HAD A PREVIOUS EXPIRED VERSION IT WILL NOT REPLACE THE OLD VERSION, AND I AM STILL NOT SECURE.

If Webroot is already installed on the system, you simply need to activate your new keycode.
You can do this by clicking the Gear Icon next to My Account, and then entering your new keycode in the field on the left.
If you are unable to do this, I would advise contacting our support team and they can get this resolved for you.
