It was installed by Geek Squad. I used it to clean my PC and also to monitor performance for my PC. It was easy to use and manage/ I had total confidence of its effectiveness to protect my PC. It was a bit pricy to renew in compering to other available products.

So far no issues with virus protection. Hopefully it will continue this way. No issues.

So far i had no problems with the product i have my purchase. Webot as not failed me yet

i like this product because I'm a hands-OFF user! I want it to protect me and not bother me while doing it. Occasionally I get a popup letting me know that I've clicked on an unsafe web link. So I close the window and go to another one. Outside of that it just takes care of itself. I used to use Norton but it bugged me a lot so I switched to web root. My computer works fine and the software doesnt bother me.

Got a free six months subscription with a device I purchased. This product is user friendly and protects my device (Surface Pro) frol malware and viruses. It scans continuously and when you do a manual scan it completes it while running in the background allowing you to still use your device. I highly recommend this product.

It's always great to feel secure about working with new technology. Knowing that I can have confidence that my artwork writing research is safe on my equipment and that the equipment and software are working properly so I can preserve my work and develop. I also feel safer with the expertise and help from Geek Squad people who help to integrate and solve technical equipment when it is not working right.

This program came with my purchase. I was a bit skeptical since I'm used to popular name brands but Webroot is a very good antivirus. It offers protection for 3 of my home computers. When I had to exchange one of my PCs, it allowed me to go online and take the protection off the old and switch it to the new PC without hassle.

The software came with my computer. I uploaded it, and have not found anything that I dislike about it. I honestly just keep it on my device for peace of mind. It does seem to be one of the top softwares for virus protection, I know a few law firms that use it on all their machines.
