Seems to be working as promised

It seems to be working OK, as it works in background all the time. The Password Manager part doesn't always pick up on my signing into a program.

Great set

Finally a tv that can be seen in different angles and I don't have to shut the blinds on a sunny day. My only complaint is that the purchase does not come with the proper cables to connect the set. The sales person did not inform me of this at the time of purchase. Make sure you ask if there is anything you need to complete the connection.

Geek's did a great repair job

I had just renew McAfee at a cost of about $40.00 and than had to buy the Geek program. It would have been nice had the ask my permission. Otherwise, repairs and service were excellent.

great product for someone unfamiliar with software

Webroot was new to me

I'm sure we'll like it and it'll protect our investment just fine. We always used MacAfee before so it will be interesting seeing how well Webroot works.
