Software is very good does not slow down the computer and very user friendly..

Easy to install and download - great that it can be used for more than one machine.

My Norton 360 software would not work. Once downloaded...it would knock out my Netgear Nighthawk Router and access to the internet for some reason. Uninstalled Norton and computer worked fine. Downloaded Webroot software provided by Best Buy at purchase...and is worked fine. Not as fancy or detailed it appears as my Norton 360...but maybe that's good. Very happy so far with Webroot.

Working with this software is easy. My laptop and desktop computers are secure.

I qualified for this product when I purchased my tablet. It came with the option to install on mutiple computers or phones and I can even check all of their statuses through an Internet profile. It's very efficient and runs smoothly. I think it removed some potentially dangerous files from my old laptop, which was a big bonus. All systems have been running great with this product.

I appreciate not having to schedule scans and it does not slow down my computer.

It protects my computer, don't have any viruses attacking my computer yet so.

I love this product ! It covers all my needs and devices. After installing it on my laptops, it constantly checks for viruses and corrects any issues as soon as possible ! There are settings you can custom for your convenience. Also, If you try to open a website, the Webroot will pop up as warning on the screen if it's not a safe site and tells you why and what can happen. Great Product.

My grandson (6) always plays on my pcs, but this time he came upset that he could not play his game. He had gotten something that I later discovered was a (Ransom Virus) A friend of mine attempted to repair my pc and it just got worse. I took it to Best Buy they installed the (WebRoot) and it has been working perfectly ever since. I even installed it on my other pc and great results.

Very good security for the price, but no matter what anti-viral software you buy if you are not using your head, you are likely to end up picking up something like malware that is harmful to your computer. Talk with Best Buy techs about how to keep your computer secure.
