    I did not install this, it is thought of a joke in my industry, there are better software out there that are a lot better, I utilize Bitdefender or Kaspersky or AVG or GData

    They had easy to use program that worked great and went and messed it up. I am now trying to install Windows 7 on it. The lap top computer is great, but the operating system Bad.

    so when my laptop had a problem when I first bought it I returned it and I thought I was able to transfer my protection and anti-virus but you cant so that really bummed me out

    I purchased two laptops of the same model. Webroot installation halted on one of them, but finished successfully on the other one. Still trying to figure out what the problem might be.
