    I never opened or installed this product due to a defective video card in the HP Computer I purchased. Although it was free, it is a subscription after 6 months.

    I have had to take both of my computers in to Best Buy several times due to Webroot not catching viruses. I will not use this internet security when this one runs out.

      We apologize for the issues you are experiencing.

      Are you sure you were dealing with "viruses" and not Potentially Unwanted Applications causing ads and popups?

      Any time that you are infected you can contact our support team and they can remote in and resolve the issue for you free of charge. There is no need to take the PC anywhere.
