    Twice I've been to Best Buy because the code I got to download my webroot says it's not valid! Looks like I'll be making a third trip! Very upset and dissappointed!

    Came with the laptop. Would have been better if it was already installed. Windows defender works. Don't have a disc reader in the computer to install it.

    I purchased several laptops and received free copy with each. I only downloaded one and found it pretty worthless. Better to download free online protection
