The guys at the store set it up and failed to activate the security features. Angry ex piggy backed on my e mail so no matter what security became an issue. Then I was told they wouldn't wipe it anymore as it had to be something I was downloading. This was at finals also. So I went and bought a Chromebook and NO PROBLEMS OR NEED FOR GEEKS WHAT SO EVER ! Just bought breakage insurance and now I can just take drive out and wipe myself !
