Seems to be a BestBuy product and just feels like another security software. I haven't found any major value as of yet. But seems to be performing.

This came free with my computer I never used it. I personally never use antivirus software because windows defender does a better job is free, and uses less RAM.

Best buy installed it and it has worked just fine.

Would have liked to of had the option to get Norton since already have on my old laptop. I have been told that this doesn't take up as much space on the hard drive.

problem we had in set up ,sticker that has start up code did not peel back easily damaging code had to call best buy to get complete code to complete set up process

It's Best Buys standard free internet security with any computer purchase. No issues with malware since installed but nothing too amazing about it.

I would tell all my friends and family to use this

My computers still running slow and freezing I tough its was a virus since its still now working properly, Now I don't know what it might be then

Sold to me by Best Buy but than told by them unable to be down loaded on my tablet which they had in the shop to install it and clear, that was not right.

spams you every hour wanting an upgrade when time runs out gets super annoying. Got it given to me with new computer with no CD/DVD drive haha...

I use my computer a lot and experience multiple anti-virus. This isn't bad but there are better one out there. i recommend it over Norton any day.

I have now purchased this twice with Geek Squad assistance. It is ok so far and not any better than other security packages I have used previously.

keeps locking up my apple needing to return to geek squad to assist me on it, lucky I have the extended warrantee on my apple lap top so it's in there hands.

I'm not big on paid security software. That being said this one really didn't meet my need when I needed it. I had to uninstall it and use something else.

I had to return the product cause my son fixed my old computer. the problem I am having right now with your company is that it has been 3 weeks since I returned the product and have yet to have my $300+ charge returned to my credit card. This caused me to bounce a few checks. This makes me NOT want to ever purchase anything from you again. Please return my refund as soon as you get this. This came free with my new phone. When my Kaspersky expired, I loaded it thinking it would save me some $. It is ok, but i prefer the Kaspersky.

I spent about a 1000 dollars on a brand new Toshiba 2 in 1 laptop with Windows 10 and the sales person told me this webroot would protect me. Me not being so tech savvy, i took his word thinking he knew what he was talking about. That was my mistake. My laptop got hacked because i was NOT PROTECTED! The sales person seemed to be more interested in ringing me up and getting me out of the store than helping me get everything i would need to get a good experience with my new computer. I had to keep asking "what else he would recommend that i should get to enjoy my new laptop." Samething, when i purchased a cannon camera that same time, he seemed only interested in ringing up what i had and hurry me out the store, and i ended up spending almost 2000 dollars and didnt offer me a my rewards card. I had to go to the paradise valley location, they were the ones to even mention this option, and seemed puzzled as to why i wasnt offered this option. I have to unfortunately say i was disappointed. I dont give this not one star.

I didn't install this on my laptop. I have other A/V software I prefer. Best Buy included this as a no charge addition to a laptop I purchased.
