I arrived at Best Buy with the intent of asking for assistance in repairing my compuer. The person that I met with looked it over and told me what was needed. I had my computer returned within 5 days and it works perfectly. The Geek Squad really knows what they are doing! In fact, I brought a friend in with her computer that was having difficulties and they fixed it on the spot.

Easy to install and use. It has already detected and removed several threats.

I got the product when I purchased my laptop through Best-buy. So far the application is going good. I didn't get any problem so far. This application runs at background and doesn't take that much of CPU processes and also it does not take much of the system memory.

I feel very protected by this product, thank you best buy for recommending it.

its ok, would prefer Kaspersky, but this comes with BB computers. So it'll do till the time runs out and it can be replaced with a better scan. Would be awesome if BB was as quick to be interested in actual customer service as they are in sending out these surveys. Last survey I done was for a TV I never even bought and ask them To have someone contact me about it. Never heard a word. A week Later I wrote againNd inquired as to why is not heard, they totally changed the reason for my inquiry, and not that I've bought this computer, it's my email address, and someone else's name this has been going on for several months and MULTIPLE emails. Guess how many they've responded too. (2). Guess how many times they've fixed it ...(0).

Happy to have good security that covers our new lap and up to 2 more devices.

Since our new devices/toys are all Apple, I wonder why this was presented to us instead of an AppleCare option. However getting to the nearest Apple Store is more than two hours further than Best Buy, which has a presence in most of the destinations we visit.

Very lightweight and is not a resource hog. Easy to use and scans quickly.

For someone not up on the latest and greatest, this is a great program for anyone.
