Webroot is only compatible with the Surface Pro, not the Surface RT as those are only able to install apps from the Windows store. Do you know which device you are currently using?

Much easier security programs to use

Before installing it on my Samsung Galaxy Note 5 I used both Samsung Pay and Android Pay. After installing it I received notice that both my cards were removed from Android Pay and haven't been able to log into the Samsung Pay app. I will evidently have to wipe my phone and set it up from scratch.
