I am paying for AVG and I am happy, they cover all your gadgets with only one subscription and the techs get in my computer and install the product. they even installed it in my phone and my 2 tablets.

Charge wouldn't stay

Are you sure that you are writing a review for the proper product?
Webroot shouldn't have any affect on battery life beyond mobile devices, and there is no need to "plug it in" to anything. It is an antivirus program.
