Month later same problem! Used phone svc. Agent tried to be helpful but software she uploaded to my machine was missing area where I must authorize. Couldn't help past that. Told me to take machine to store. Geek Squad agent told me it would take a week! I took my machine and walked out!

I am not quite sure what you are referring to here. Webroot is an antivirus program, it is not a Web browser such as Chrome or Firefox, though we do protect browsing in those programs. We offer a secureweb browser but that is for mobile devices.

I didn't want that to be the case and so I bought this internet security from best buy....my computer is actually running slower than before. I am not too pleased with the system and should plan to take my computer to the geek squad!

Not sure if product is good or bad, but definitely their customer approach is terrible.
