      Currently you cannot install Webroot on your iPad. Apple does not allow antivirus apps on these devices as they are already very secure.

      You can install the SecureWeb browser but you have to create an account first to actually use the password manager feature. You can create an account at https://my.webrootanywhere.com/registration.aspx.
